Report the death of a member?

The loss of a loved one can be a very difficult time for you and your family.

With this in mind, we’ve designed a simple form that you can complete in the event of a member’s death, so the information can be shared directly with the DB Section Administrator.

For more detailed information please also see the Bereavement guide.
