Guaranteed Minimum Pension enquiry form
If you have previously transferred your benefits from the Prudential Staff Pension Scheme (the Scheme) your benefits may have included an element called 'Guaranteed Minimum Pension' (GMP). Pension Schemes, including the Scheme, are currently going through a process to make sure that GMPs are correct on members' records and also that they are treated the same way for men and women, this is referred to as GMP equalisation.
If you believe that you have previously held benefits within the Scheme that you transferred to another pension arrangement and would like to register an interest in knowing if you would be affected by GMP equalisation, please complete the following form so we can check if your pension included a GMP element:
Please note you would only have GMP benefits if you were in the Scheme anytime between 6 April 1978 and 6 April 1997, or transferred any benefits into the Scheme that included a GMP benefit.
