It’s also very important that you let us know if you change address. If we can’t contact you, we might not be able to pay your pension on time.

If you’re moving overseas, make sure you tell us your new address. You should also consider providing us with a personal email address as providing information to you digitally is often more secure than sending it through the post. The best way to do this is to go to www.prudentialstaffps.co.uk and click on the ‘MyPension’ button on the homepage. Here you’ll find more details on how to register for digital communications.

You’ll need your username and temporary password. As part of the registration process you’ll be asked for some personal information to verify your identity. More about this can be found on the Scheme website. If you’ve any issues either registering on ‘MyPension’ or simply logging in, email enquiries@mypension.com and you should receive a response within two working days.
